Deworm the World - because if you don't feel well, you're not going to be able to do well in school, and this is a really big and easy-to-solve problem for a lot of kids. Givewell rates them as "notable", not their highest rating, but not terrible, either. This organization compares them with another promising de-worming organization, the latter based in the UK. They had a notable presentation involving Cherie Blair dressing up as a worm, and this blog reports that one pre-holiday post netted enough donations to deworm around 1.8 million school-aged children. Pretty impressive.
